The Science of Getting Rich: Getting Rich the Scientific Way!

A note from peter@thewealthyattitude.com for Tuesday June 3 2008

Welcome to Tuesday.

My deepest thanks to each of you who sent me your congratulations and best wishes yesterday on the launch of The Wealthy Attitude Book Store. I appreciate your notes more than mere words can express.

If you haven’t had a chance yet to visit the book store, you can do so at: http://www.thewealthyattitudebookstore.com/

Yesterday’s offering by our buddy Chuck stirred up many things if my mail is any indication. Almost every note reflected Chuck’s truism that “Personal responsibility is nothing other than the freedom to create your own lives”. Isn’t that just magic to hear. Personalize it and build it into your everyday language.

As we continue our topic of ‘personal responsibility’ I want to declare loudly again that, “it is YOUR personal responsibility to become as rich as you possibly can”. It is the only way that you can ensure that you’ll live all of your life by your own design.

A new member of our contributing writers shares his thoughts on the “science of getting rich”.

The Science of Getting Rich: Getting Rich the Scientific Way!
by Vladimir Murray

If you pay attention to the people around you what you will find is that there are far too many persons who desire to be rich, or to get rich, and at the same time believe they will never become rich. Usually what it really boils down to is the mere fact that they do not know what to do to get rich, or they may know some things but not others. They are unaware of the principles involved in getting rich, and thus by extension the science of getting rich.

When Wallace D. Wattles released his book ‘The Science of Getting Rich’ in 1910, little did he know the impact it would have on many persons lives almost one hundred years later. According to Wattles (and I totally agree with him) there is a science of getting rich and in order to be rich every man must adhere to its principles.

Now what is the science, what are the principles of getting rich? The major principle, I believe, is a natural law which states that ‘like causes always produces like effects’. Therefore the people in this world who are rich, become and remain rich because they are doing things in a particular way, whether consciously or unconsciously. Those who are not doing thing in this particular way, will remain poor no matter how hard, or how long they work, or how capable they are. This principle eliminates the excuse, that the environment is why many are not rich.

You see too many persons from poor backgrounds are rich, or are becoming rich, for this excuse to be true. It also eliminates the idea that doing things a particular way is only for persons with talent. No, no, no, this can’t be it for there are many, many persons who possess great talent who continue to be poor, whilst others with little or no talent are getting rich every day. Let me repeat, getting rich is the result of doing things a particular way. So if you are a plumber with similar skills to other plumbers in your area who are getting rich from plumbing while you are not, then it will be because you are not doing things in the same way that the other plumbers are doing them.

The next principle is one that has over the last year or so, and still is, been getting a lot of attention. It is called The Law of Attraction and it has been made famous by Rhonda Byrne's book and DVD ‘The Secret’, which was featured on CNN and Oprah among other media programs. This principle states ‘Thoughts Become Things’. You see our world and everything in it first began with a thought. The thoughts that we think, are emitted vibrations broadcasted into the universe attracting to them vibrations of the same frequency which manifest what we come to see and experience in our physical world as our current reality. Man cannot shape a thing until he has first, thought that thing.

So if a person has the thought of a kitchen of a certain design and this thought is in line with the same frequency in the universe, it may not cause the kitchen to just instantly appear, but it would set in motion events and creative processes that will bring about the building of the kitchen to the specific design. For this reason it is important for us to communicate our thoughts to the universe if we are to cause the creation, or formation of the thing we think about.

The third principle is ‘The Law of Gratitude’ which is nothing more than giving thanks to God for his gifts. The more grateful we are as we focus our mind on God when good things come our way the more good things we will receive and the more quickly they will come. Gratitude draws our mind into closer link with God and His blessing. Many are kept in poverty by their lack of gratitude. If you consistently and truthfully express your gratitude and it is strong enough then God’s reaction will also be consistent, strong and continuous. The things you want will always be moving toward you. When you live your life with gratitude you will find yourself focused on only the best and in turn this will bring to you only the best. Waste no time thinking or talking about the faults and flaws of others or even in you. Work instead on cultivating the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you and give God thanks.

The fourth principle is that of Visualization of your desire and its attainment. You cannot transmit an idea unless you have it yourself. Visualization is about forming and holding a clear and definite mental picture of what it is you want. If it is you desire a brand new car, then it’s not good enough to visualize any old car. You must be more specific, in fact be as specific as possible. So instead you must see in your minds eye the car you want, the make and model, how it feels on the road, the color, size of the wheel, its features, and even how you will feel driving it. You must see the thing you want as if it already exists, take possession of it in faith believing it is already yours and do not waiver for a moment in the faith that it is real.

The fifth principle is Personal Action. This arguably the second most important principle in the Science of Getting Rich for without action all your thoughts will mean and attain nothing. You must take definite action now. Your personal action, however, must be of such that you can rightly receive what you want when it comes. It makes no sense to desire something and not take some action towards its attainment, this will only lead to frustration leaving you feeling discouraged. There is a quote which says “He who desires but acts not breeds pestilence”. The way you think brings things to you but your by actions you receive them. You must act in a particular way such that you can appropriate what is yours when it comes to you. It does not matter what your situation is, whether it be favorable or not, you must not delay taking action. Wait not for favorable conditions. When you take personal action, do so with no thought of yesterday, or tomorrow, as your present action will be divided in your mind making you ineffective. So put your whole mind and body into the present action. Take action where you are now.

The last principle is that of Getting in the Right Business. You will do best in that business for which your abilities are best suited. That means it will be easier to succeed if you are in a business for which you are well equipped with the skills and mental tools. Bear in mind, however, that you can get rich in any business even if you do not possess the necessary talents because you can develop the skills needed as you go along. Also you can get rich most satisfactorily if you do that which you want to do. Doing what you want to do is at the core of what life is about. Now if you are in a business or situation that you do not want to be in but you have ‘no choice’ due to some obligation or responsibility like children to support, then do what you have to do. You can make the doing of it pleasing by knowing (reminding yourself) that it is making it possible for you to get to the doing of what you want to do.

By making constructive use of the business you are already in and working in a particular way, you can get into the business you want. Always start from where you are.

The science of getting rich gives you the courage and the power to handle any circumstance that may obstruct your progress towards getting rich. Once you follow and obey the principles you cannot fail to get rich. Practice the instructions and you will surely get rich and you will do so in exact proportion to the definiteness of your vision, the fixity of your purpose, the steadiness of your faith and the depth of your gratitude.

Responsibility and the Law of Attraction

A note from peter@thewealthyattitude.com for Wednesady May 27 2008

Say hello to the midweek point.

Boy, did the floodgates open yesterday or what? It seems that this week’s topic is really going to push the temperature up with some folks. In fact, I’m seriously considering keeping the theme right through next week if it’s going to be this much fun.

I had a couple of notes yesterday from some people who adamantly wanted me to acknowledge that the circumstances they are currently in were not their responsibility. For one, it was the war, another, the housing crisis, another, the economy, and yet another, the government.

You can only imagine my response.

Other notes clearly indicated that folks were living large in the understanding that if they indeed were responsible for their entire life experience, they were going to live it greatly, and out loud. I suggested to everyone that they play close attention to what our contributors on this topic have to say.

We have a great offering today from our buddy Steve.

Responsibility and the Law of Attraction
by Steve Pavlina

Responsibility for our lives is something we never lose but which we often deny. As I’ve said many times before, you can give away control but never responsibility. The ultimate responsibility for how your life turns out rests with you and you alone… not with your parents, your boss, your ex, your society, God, or anyone else. You can blame whomever you wish, but you’re the one who must experience (or endure) the results.

I sometimes receive feedback from people stuck in the pattern of thinking about what they don’t want. They claim to be focusing on their desires religiously, and they ask me why their goals don’t seem to be manifesting. Then they explain all the reasons they believe they’re having so much trouble.

If I were to write a template for such emails, it would look something like this:

I don’t understand…
I’m frustrated that…
I hate my…
I can’t figure out …
I’m stressed about…
I’m worried that…
I should be able to… but I can’t…
Why am I having so much trouble?

That’s quite a list of intentions, isn’t it? And of course this is exactly what the person is manifesting. What’s missing, however, is that s/he hasn’t accepted responsibility for these results.

The Law of Attraction brings you what you think about. To think is to ask. Every thought is an intention. The Law of Attraction is totally neutral — it doesn’t filter what you ask for. If you think about what you want, you get it. If you think about what you don’t want, you get that too.

If you want to manifest your desires, then it makes no sense to write statements like the above. Even when your desires haven’t yet manifested, remain hopeful and optimistic. Pour on the positive intent, and allow the Law of Attraction to work with you. Stay in the present moment. Be on the lookout for synchronicities. If you start getting frustrated, take a walk or do a meditation to nip it in the bud. Otherwise you’ll negate your desires by intending their opposite.

The key to mastering the Law of Attraction is responsibility. You must accept personal responsibility for everything in your life. And I do mean everything. If you perceive it, you’ve manifested it. Whatever you give your attention to will expand.

How do you learn to stop thinking about what you don’t want? Accept responsibility for attracting it. This raises your consciousness and makes you more capable of successfully applying the Law of Attraction to get what you do want.

Suppose I go on an outing with my kids, and they misbehave like crazy. They pick fights with each other, and I get frustrated with them. Afterwards I have to admit that I attracted this situation by my thoughts. I unconsciously intended it. Perhaps I remembered a previous unpleasant outing as we were leaving. Maybe I was noticing the first sign of conflict and worrying it might escalate. If I gave it any thought, I activated the Law of Attraction.

By assuming responsibility for creating my reality, I also assume the power to change it. I can consciously put more energy into thinking about what I do want. Some of those negative thoughts will still pop into my mind, but I can drown them out with positive alternatives. I can imagine a pleasant outing with the kids even when there’s no external evidence to support it. I don’t need to see proof “out there” when I’m the one creating the proof in the first place. As I keep my intentions positive, I notice almost magically that the kids’ behavior improves. When I’m alone with them, they’re usually well behaved. But their behavior changes to align with the expectations of whomever they’re with. Erin is beginning to understand this too.

What if I deny responsibility for what I experience? What if I say, “Something out there is causing these problems, and I’m only noticing what is happening”? Then I’m powerless to change my reality. If I focus my thoughts on what I’m already getting, I’ll unknowingly activate the Law of Attraction to continue bringing me more of the same. My situation will never fundamentally change. And how can it change? If I’m thinking about what I’m already getting, then I’m manifesting a loop. It’s stable. If my life is filled with the manifestation of my desires, I’m in heaven. If my life is filled with what I don’t want, I’m in hell.

If you’re determined to think about what you don’t want, I certainly can’t stop you. The best I can do is to hold you accountable for your results, which can help you become more aware of what you’re doing to yourself. But if you really want to beat yourself up, go for it. Just note that I won’t be joining you for the subsequent pity parties down the road. I’m not coming to save you, nor is anyone else. Only you can save you.

Personal testing is the only reason I accept the Law of Attraction. It’s proven itself to me beyond a reasonable doubt. I’ve been working with it consciously for a few years now, and it still freaks me out sometimes. Who’d have thought we could attract what we want just by thinking about it? Does reality really work that way? If it seems impossible, the thought of its impossibility will manifest like any other. If you don’t believe in the Law of Attraction, you’re actually using it to negate itself, which is a perfectly valid application, albeit one that will bring you lots of frustration.

One of the reasons I’m so happy and passionate about my life is that I’m getting better at aligning myself with the Law of Attraction. I’m having a wonderful time experimenting with it. As I think about what I want, I keep wondering when it’s going to show up. When I try to control how it comes to me, I usually block it. But when I relax and allow it to happen, that’s when it finally begins showing up. The right people, resources, and opportunities somehow find me, usually through unexpected synchronicities.

The skeptical part of my brain has trouble believing reality could actually work like this. It requires a new model of reality in which the Law of Attraction makes sense. Consequently, I’ve had to make major adjustments to my beliefs to compensate for the Law of Attraction. This led me towards a more subjective view of reality, which eventually became my default way of thinking.

After relaxing my preconceptions about what’s possible, I experienced many things I previously thought impossible. The skeptic in me is much less resistant because he has a new context for explaining how such things might be possible. And each new validation makes it easier to open up to even more possibilities.

It all begins with accepting 100% responsibility for your reality. You’re the one who’s creating it right now. Are you creating what you want or what you don’t want?

Change your dominant thoughts, and you’ll see reality change as well.

How the "Law" really works!

peter@thewealthyattitude.com

I'm absolutely totally amazed that with all of the information, data, and books, that can be investigated and confirmed, that there are many folks who own computers still in doubt if "The Law of Attraction" actually works.

The folks who brought us "The Secret", just cracked the shell of the knowledge egg. This group of contributors, who could easily be called The Faculty of Life University, didn't deliver to each of us "the answer". What they did, was give us the flashlight to find "the answer" to whatever it is that controls our individual life.

Pretty amazing contribution.

Arthur Schopenhauer said "All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Peter, I've been asked by many subscribers to include more "video" readers to our program, and I'm going to do just that. This subject today lends itself to one of the best explanations available.

Rev. Michael Beckwith, one of the stars of "The Secret" makes it perfectly clear in today's offering just where the responsibility truly lies. This was originally presented on CBS's Eye to Eye with Katie Couric.

Watch, and listen carefully.

Click here: How The "Law" Really Works! 5:48

Make this day "clear" for yourself, and for those around you.

Take care,

The “Law of Attraction” and “Success”

A quick note from peter@thewealthyattitude.com

This week has been just a ton of fun here at The Wealthy Attitude.

We've got to laugh a lot, learn more about HTML language, get serious about "backing up" computers, and expressing "out loud" both appreciation and gratitude. Now that's living.

Dr Randy Pausch made a huge impact on Monday in his video presentation. He touched deeply many folks who subscribe here.

His impact on me personally was profound. I lovingly borrowed the term "Last Lecture" from his video and applied it to my own life this past week. I went about my tasks with a "what if this is my last" attitude. The outcomes and lessons were incredible.

I was much more conscious of every conversation, every action, and every intention. I became a softer, gentler, listener and speaker. Many things that I had deemed "important" turned out to not really mean much after all. And, the lessons continue.

I'm lovingly suggesting that you try this for yourself. Make a choice to do all that you have to do today, and through the weekend, as if you were doing it for the "last time". Seems weird to think about, but it's actually pretty easy.

Watch what happens!. I promise you that amazing things will occur.

Let me know here how it goes, and some of the many awareness's that come up for you.

Today, a friend of mine provides some "mindset".

The “Law of Attraction” and “Success”
By Peter’s buddy and “Wealthy Attitude” supporter, Ross

Everyone seems to strive to be ’successful’ in life. We all look to apply the ‘Law of Attraction’ to gain ’success’.

But what is ’success’? What makes you successful, and what makes you a ‘failure’?

To answer this question, let’s first take a look at our world. Our societies are completely focused on our five senses of seeing, hearing, tasting, touching and smelling. Our five senses are constantly stimulated. They are enticed and exploited all the time.

It is therefore no surprise that we tend to focus our minds on materialism 24 hours per day. We tend to focus all the time on big cars, big houses, lots of money in the bank, and so on.

There is nothing wrong with that in itself. Neither does this mean that being ’spiritual’ equals being poor and living in a dump. That doesn’t make sense either. The problem is not with the ‘material’ objects themselves. I’ll get back to this later.

First, I’d like to know this… So many people want to ‘attract a new car’. But what is it with cars anyway? Somehow the car has become a symbol of status, of ’success’. I know a number of people (even some well-known ones) who are so obsessed with their cars, they even give names to their car.

A friend of mine had a car and was really proud of it. He called this car ‘Infinity’. Another friend of mine doesn’t care the least bit about what kind of car he drives. Still, he needed to buy a car the other day to be able drive to work. But because he didn’t really care about it, he simply bought the first set of wheels that he liked even just a bit and of which he thought the price was right for him. “If I can drive to work and back with it, then that’s a great car for me”, he thought.

He bought himself a pretty old car to be honest. It certainly didn’t look that fancy. The other friend would have dubbed it a piece of junk. But this guy couldn’t care less. In fact, he could see the fun of it. In response to my other friend who called his car ‘Infinity’, this guy decided to give his car a name too. He called it ‘Finity’.

I kid you not, this is a true story. What it illustrates is the relativity of ’status’ and ’success’. What one person would consider being dignified, could be considered by the next person as pathetic.

Like I said, the trap is not with material objects themselves. These are just frequency patterns anyway. The problem comes when we see those objects as the ultimate goals and the very symbols of success that confirm whether we ‘made it’ in life or not.

It is for this reason that many people look to others to confirm to themselves if they are ‘doing well’ or if they are ’successful’. When you don’t succeed in terms of big houses, big cars, big money, you are often considered as a ‘failure’, and often consider yourself as such.

The whole system thrives on consumption and the constant expansion of consumption, and the more we consume, the more we are considered to be ’successful’. This even leads to many people borrowing more of what they don’t have and getting in even deeper trouble, simply to provide themselves the very things that should testify to others of their alleged ’success’.

So is this the kind of ’success’ you are looking for?

What if I told you that the real success you are looking for is not having all kinds of material stuff, but is actually called ‘happiness’?

After all, why would you want a lot of money, or a big house, or a big car? Why would you want others to approve of you? In the end it all comes down to a desire for a sense of security and happiness, and being able to live life on your own terms. The quest ends when you’re happy and fulfilled.

But when are you happy and fulfilled?

Here’s a hint from what a wise man once said: “Money and fame do not happiness make.”

Don’t get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with having a lot of money, or being well-known, or having big cars and big houses. These are all thought fields and are just experience. The problem is that so many people get absorbed in pursuing the material ‘dream’ that they forget about why they are doing that in the first place.

I believe it was John Harricharan who said this: “Most people are so busy trying to make a living, they forget to make a life.”

He’s right. Most people are ‘human doings’ instead of ‘human beings’.

The funny thing is that the greatest payoff from trying to get what you want through working with the ‘Law of Attraction’ or ‘deliberate creation’ comes from a state of being. It is a state of happiness, contentment and love and gratitude for what IS that gets you what you truly want.

At any rate, the greatest payoff from your attraction efforts does certainly not come from an obsession with ever more material stuff in the merry-go-round that gets faster by the day, for the sole reason to seek approval and confirmation of your ’success’ from others, in order to compensate for a lack of self-esteem that is the cause of this obsession to begin with.

A sense of security, self-esteem and ’success’ is found within yourself, not outside.

And the funny thing is that once you give up the obsession with possession and finally acknowledge your true self, the person who you really are deep inside, you seem to manifest what you want much more easily.

When that happens, you can enjoy all kinds of material stuff as much as you like, if that’s what you choose. You can choose to have a big car if you like. You can choose to live in a big house if that’s what you want.

The difference is that you won’t be controlled by the never-ending pursuit of these things. You won’t be ‘on the path to happiness and success’ anymore. You would just BE happy instead, and from there you will allow things to manifest instead of chasing them forever. It’s a small difference in perception, but with profound effects.

It is then that you will start to live life, instead of life living you.

So what is ’success’?

Success, my friend, is what you define it to be.

Now go manifest your success, whatever that is for you!

The True Body-Mind Connection.

Tom Venuto

Metaphysics & Brain science merge and prove that positive thinking and goal setting literally create your body and your entire life experience

Last week on a special edition of CNN's Larry King Live, Mr. King interviewed a panel of "mind experts" about how the thoughts you think literally turn into the events you experience, the material things you possess... AND even the health of your body.

For years, "positive thinking" and goal-setting were often criticized as "pollyanna" and "the law of attraction" was relegated into the category of "new age" fluff

On last week's show, panel experts Bob Proctor, John Assaraf and others who were featured in the movie 'The Secret' explained that recent breakthroughs in neuroscience along with understanding mental laws, reveals why goal setting, the "law of attraction" and "positive thinking" all work, regardless of whether you look at them from a metaphysical or a scientific perspective.

Scientists have even identified specific parts of the brain, such as the reticular activating system (RAS), which works with the visual parts of our brain to call our conscious attention to things that are important to reaching our goals and to filter out those things that are unimportant.

The RAS is activated by "programming" goals into our sub-conscious minds.
Our subconscious mind is the "power center" and THIS is the mechanism that explains why goal setting and positive thinking are now being accepted as scientific methods for change.

We are discovering that our brain is cybernetic in nature, which means that it is literally like a computer, waiting for a program to be installed.

Here's the kicker - the subconscious is completely neutral and impartial - it will carry out any instructions you give it.

Unfortunately, many of us are still running negative programs we picked up from others as children when our non-conscious minds were totally open and impressionable, or which we developed over the years as a result of repetition of our own negative thinking.

As it turns out, our own thoughts, repeated daily, are one of the primary ways that our "mental computer" is programmed on a sub-conscious level, which is the level of beliefs, habits and automatic behavior.

To change your results, you must overwrite old negative programming and install positive new programming into your subconscious.

This can be achieved through such techniques as written goal setting, positive self-talk (affirmations), and mental imagery (visualization).

In the 1970's, the Soviets and East Germans were the first to formally use structured mental rehearsal, and at that time, they dominated in several Olympic sports. Today, virtually all elite athletes use visualization extensively, as we now know that the brain cannot differentiate between real practice and practice that is vividly imagined.

If you are getting more of the same negative results in your life - such as the same health problems, or the same body fat continues to return even after you lose it, then you have probably been un-consciously running old negative programs and reinforcing them with negative thought patterns.

You can begin the positive mental reprogramming process by writing down your goals, changing your internal dialogue and taking a few minutes to relax, quiet your mind and perform a session of visualization or mental rehearsal every day (seeing yourself in your "mind's eye" not as you currently are, but as you ideally would like to be).

These methods, repeated often enough, will begin to program the non-conscious portion of the mind, which is the same part of the mind that controls your heart beat, digestion and new cell production, all on "automatic pilot."

In the last decade, neuroscientists discovered that you have the capacity to create an almost infinite number of new neural connections in your brain when you run new thought patterns.

The Old neural pathways are like grooves in a record, and if you are struggling with your health related behaviors or behaviors in any other area of your life, you have been playing the "old records" over and over again.

If you were to carve a new groove into that record, it would never play the same way again. the old pattern would weaken and the new one would take over. Brand new, positive thoughts, feelings and images begin to create new neural patterns.

Psychologists estimate that it takes 21 to 30 days to establish a new pattern in your brain. During this time, the focus on sticking with your practice and repeating your new thought patterns is critical.

Is this easy? For most people, no it's not. In fact, controlling your thinking and keeping it constructive may be one of the most difficult challenges you have ever faced. Fortunately, writing goals and reading affirmations can help get you started.

You can take some of the pressure off yourself by simply accepting that negative thoughts and self criticisms will pop up from time to time. Just observe them, without mulling over them or adding to them, and change the polarity of the thought by quickly repeating one of your positive affirmations or by changing your mental pictures.

So is there something to this whole "positive thinking" thing?

The philosophers and theologians have been saying yes for the entire span of recorded history: "As you think, so shall you be." Variations on this proverb can be found in every spiritual and philosophical tradition.

But... if you are the left-brained, "prove-it-to-me" type, you don’t have to go on faith anymore. Scientists are beginning to prove more and more convincingly that thoughts are powerful things. Even Larry King seemed impressed with what his panel of "mind mentors" had to say. In fact, I just found out that Larry will be airing part two of this "Power of Positive Thinking" show next week.

So how soon are you going to begin your mental training right alongside your physical training? When are you going to learn how to harness this power locked up inside your mind?

Guess what? You're already using this force every day because you cannot turn it off. Whatever you are thinking and picturing in your mind repeatedly on a daily basis is on it's way to you already, so it's simply a matter of HOW you are using it, not IF you are using it.

What do you say to yourself every day? Do you say, "I am becoming leaner, healthier and more muscular every day?"... or do you say "I am a fat person
- Ive tried everything, nothing ever works?"

The fact is - you can think yourself thin and healthy or you can think yourself obese and ill. Maybe not in the literal sense...but most certainly as the critical part in the chain of causation...

You see, there's a lot of talk these days in the personal improvement world about law of attraction, manifesting, intention, visualization and of course, positive thinking

Without understanding that there is an orderly, scientific basis underneath all of this, many people will simply remain skeptics, while on the opposite extreme, others may get the idea that you can sit around meditating and visualizing, then expect a mystical "law of attraction" to kick in and then "poof!" a great body materializes out of thin air... along with the perfect relationship, a nice bank account and career success.

What really happens is "Positive thinking" and related methods quite literally re-program your brain, which in turn creates new behaviors that move you physically toward whatever you have been thinking about and focusing on.

So success is achieved through positive thinking + positive doing...
attraction + action.
There are two sides to the coin. Without paying attention to both, you may continue to struggle... often against nothing but yourself.

If you want to transform your body or any other aspect of your life, then you have to change on the inside (the mind) first and then everything else will follow.

Train hard and expect success,
